How many levels of RESTO members are there?
There are three levels of RESTO members including Silver, Gold, and Platinum. When registering for the first time, you will automatically become a Silver member. To become a Gold member, you must make transactions above IDR 5,000,000, and to become a Platinum member, you must make transactions above IDR 10,000,000.
Where can I add RESTO member points?
You can add champoints to the Raa Cha Suki & BBQ brands, Gokana Ramen & Teppan, Platinum Resto & Cafe, BMK Baso Malang Karapitan, BMK Baso Mie Kopi, and also Chopstix.
Does the RESTO member program apply to all transactions at Champ Resto Indonesia?
The RESTO member loyalty program applies to all transactions except: Purchases via Gojek (Go Food), Purchases via Grab (Grab Food), Event Bazaar, Order Delivery.
Can RESTO Member Points be cashed or transferred to other RESTO member accounts?
No, champoints cannot be cashed out or transferred to another RESTO member’s account.
Can the use of RESTO members be represented?
No, only official RESTO member accounts can collect champoints and enjoy the benefits of the RESTO app. You are fully responsible for the membership information and security of RESTO members. The use of champoints can only be done by the member concerned.
Will I get champoints for payments using member E-vouchers?
No, all payments using physical or digital vouchers will not get champoints. For example: Opening Cashback Vouchers, Gift Vouchers, E-vouchers from e-commerce partners, and Member E-Vouchers from exchanging champoints.
Will I get champoints for all payment types?
Yes, all transactions made at the Champ Resto Indonesia outlet will generate champoints, except payments using vouchers, both physical and digital vouchers, such as cashback vouchers, gift vouchers, e-vouchers from e-commerce partners, and also member e-vouchers.
How to use member E-voucher?
E-voucher exchange can only be done through the RESTO application, select the “My Voucher” menu, select the e-voucher you want to exchange in the “available” section, and show it to the cashier for validation.
How to redeem RESTO Member Points?
Champoints redemption can only be done through the RESTO application, select the “Deals” menu and also the choice of the brand you want. Champoints are valid to be exchanged for all offers from the Champ Resto Indonesia brand.
Will RESTO member Points be forfeited if not used?
Champoints will reset annually on April 30th.
How many RESTO Member Points will we get?
You will get 1 Champoints for every purchase in multiples of IDR 10,000, and a maximum of 2 (two) transaction receipts per day per brand.
What if my Member Points have not been credited after 1 x 24 hours?
You can contact the voice of our customers through the RESTO application by attaching your transaction receipt. We will only follow up on member complaints that attach clear proof of transaction receipts.
How long does it take for points to enter a RESTO member’s account?
Champoints will go directly to your account when the transaction is complete, or a maximum of 1×24 hours.
How to get RESTO Member Points?
Visit the outlets of Raa Cha Suki & BBQ, Gokana Ramen & Teppan, Platinum Resto & Café, BMK Baso Malang Karapitan, BMK Baso Mie Kopi, and Chopstix. Before making a transaction, inform that you are a RESTO member, then open the RESTO application on your smartphone, and show the RESTO member QR Code to our cashier.
