Indonesian citizen, born in 1977, completed his undergraduate education at Dartmouth College in 2000 and postgraduate at Columbia Business School in 2005.
He has over two decades of investment experience. He started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc from 2000 to 2002, Investment Banking Analyst at General Industrial Group from 2002 to 2003. He then worked as an Associate Intern in Private Equity, Circle Peak Capital Management LLC from 2004 to 2005, Investment Banking Associate in Asia Corporate Finance, Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2007. He continued as Associate Director – Southeast Asia Investment Team, Headland Capital Partners from 2007 to 2011.
An Indonesian citizen, born in 1976, Hendrik Mboi earned his Bachelor’s and Postgraduate degree from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan – Bandung, Indonesia, throughout 1993-2003.
Hendrik started his career as a lecturer at Universitas Katolik Parahyangan – Bandung and progressed on to become the Operations Director at PT Rante Karya Pembangunan in 2008 and PT Amindo Sinar Nusa in 2010, before serving as the Production Director at PT Iwan Tirta. In 2012, Hendrik held the Manufacturing Director role at PT Air Mancur prior to joining PT Champ Resto Indonesia as the Chief Operations Officer from 2014 until today.
He has no affiliation with the major shareholders, fellow members of the Board of Commissioners, or members of the Company’s Board of Directors.
An Indonesian citizen, he was born in 1969. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Pancasila University in 1992 and obtained a Master’s Degree in Management from PPM Graduate School of Management in 2002.
He began his professional career as a Business Development & Relations Manager at PT Tozy Sentosa, followed by serving as General Manager at PT Delami Garment Industries. He subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer at PT Mahakarya Warisan Nusantara until 2019. He currently serves as a Director of PT Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk.
He has no affiliation with the Company’s controlling shareholders, other members of the Board of Commissioners, or members of the Board of Directors.
